Our trash was not picked up...What can we do?
Confirm that you have paid your bill. If so, contact us at 830/299-7500 or email us at axisdisposal@gmail.com so we can make arrangements to ensure that your trash is picked up as soon as possible.
What is the pick-up schedule during a week with a holiday?
The only days your trash will not be picked up is December 25 & January 1. For example, if December 25 falls on a Wednesday, and your normal pick up day is Wednesday, your pick up day will be Thursday during that week. We pickup on all other observed holidays.
We need to temporarily suspend service. What do we do?
Contact our office and we can make arrangements for stopping and resuming your service.

Are there any restrictions as to what I cannot put in my 96 gallon can?
Yes, unacceptable materials are: Paint, Motor Oil, Brake Fluid, Solvents, Appliances, Acid, Wood Stain, Oven Cleaners, Tires, Explosives, Oil Filters, Animals, Pesticides, Aerosol Cans, Pool Chemicals, Medical Waste, Fireworks, Paint Thinner, Tub/Tile Cleaners, Ammunition, 55-Gallon Drums, Air Conditioners, Batteries, Antifreeze, Drain Cleaners, Lacquer/Shellac, Smoke Detectors, Trash Compactors, Spot Removers, Furniture Polish, Transmission Fluid, Commercial Waste, Large Quantities of Concrete, Large pieces of Glass.
