Axis Disposal Policies

Axis Disposal, LLC offers weekly curbside pick up of residential trash.

We offer weekly service using a 96 gallon trash can on wheels with a flip-over lid provided by us. 2 (two) additional bagged and tied trash bags are allowed, however anything more will incur additional charges.

Please have all trash out by 7am on your service day to ensure pick up. Please keep in mind that your pick up time may change without notice, but your day will not change without notification from us.

Please be mindful when putting items in your garbage can that are too heavy to lift. They will be left if the can tipper on the truck cannot lift them.

Residential Collection is limited to household trash only. We cannot accept construction debris, dead animals, hazardous waste, metal, wire, tires, paint or brush.

For an additional charge we offer bulky item collections for materials that don’t fit into normal containers, like furniture, appliances, doors, carpet, and other bulky items, give us a call at 830/299-7500 for more information and pricing.

Damage to cans due to pulling or dragging with vehicle or damage done intentionally will not be covered. A fee for a new can will apply.

Payments should be made through the office, mail or online. Please do not leave payments on the can as we cannot be responsible for payments not received in the office.

As long as you have our Axis Disposal trash can you will be responsible for fees and applicable charges, until you notify our office in writing or by email us at axisdisposal@gmail.com or visit our contact page to send an email.

Late Payment Policy - Payment is due prior to the quarterly service period shown on the billing statement. A skip list is created on the 1st and 15th and if payment is not received you will be skipped. A $20.00 late fee will be automatically charged to your account after the due date and full payment must be made to continue service. If payment is made without late fee you will be skipped.
